Photocentric is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Avondale, AZ
- 8 hour shift.
- Monday – Friday no shifts
- 06.00am to 2.30pm.
- Overtime when necessary.
- Learn to operate all production equipment per standard procedures.
- To follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop an understanding of our machines to identity effectiveness and maintenance.
- Strive for continues improvement of processes and cleanliness of working area.
- Understand all relevant KPIs and drive to meet/exceed targets.
- Meet safety, production goals, quality, and cost initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Experience as a technical production operative would be beneficial
- Have a proven background working as a machine operator
- Ability to understand technical products and properties
- A curious and creative mind
- Ability to follow written instructions and work to SOP’s
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to run the production equipment with best manufacturing practices within Lean Operating System Context.
- Good attention to detail and be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.
